Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, quiet, and larger than the standard double queen rooms, which comfortably accommodated three of us. The service was excellent, with the staff being super friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, right off the highway, close to dining options, and not far from our daily destinations. However, the outside of the property was unkempt, with garbage and litter around. The dining experience was average, and the facilities were satisfactory overall.
I stayed at this hotel because I just wanted somewhere to stay by the Interstate to continue traveling the next day. The room was clean and comfortable with good amenities, but it lacked chairs to sit in while waiting for laundry. The service was professional but not very friendly. The location was convenient near the highway with nearby dining options, but the outside property was unkempt. The dining experience was excellent with a top-notch omelette bar. Overall, it was a decent stay with some areas for improvement.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, while clean and nicely furnished, had some noise issues and lacked certain amenities like shower curtains and proper-sized pillows, making for a less than ideal night. On the plus side, the service was excellent, with friendly and accommodating staff, especially Lachina at the front desk. The location, though not picturesque, was convenient, being close to the highway and a variety of dining options. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with a diverse selection of cold and hot dishes, including customized omelettes. However, there were instances where service boundaries were overstepped, like staff entering our room unannounced. Overall, the hotel provided decent value for money.
